Ahoy Maties! It’s time for our 2nd Annual NLGX Sailing Party! Get away from the scorching heat of Beijing, and instead relax in the shade while feeling the fresh wind blow against your face. This event, similar to last year is all inclusive with Sailing, food/BBQ, transporation and tents for 1700 RMB. (Options to upgrade to hotel available).

6:30- Depart Beijing
8:30- Arrive Qinhuangdao, and transfer to sailbase
9:30- Suit up, prep boats
10:00 On land instruction
10:30 Sailing Training and Triangular Course Training
12:30 Lunch
14:00-17:00 Regatta (Sail Racing)
18:00 Awards Ceremony
19:00 BBQ Dinner

Sunday
8:00-9:00 Breakfast
9:30 Prep boats and gear up
10:00 – 12:30 Free Sail
12:30-14:00 Lunch
14:00 Depart for Train Station
15:30 Depart for Beijing
17:30 Arrive in Beijing

This weekend, our friends at Natooke will host the first ever fixed bike race and skills competition in Beijing. The events start on June 12 with a casual bike ride around the city to meet and greet new friends. On Saturday, June 13, there will be a race around Beijing featuring fixed gear bikes from participants from all over the world. NLGX will serve as the Nanluoguxiang checkpoint for the race so look out so come out this Saturday afternoon to catch a glimpse of the action! At night, there will be a party and award ceremony at Cafe Luce. On June 14, there will be a bicycle polo match next to the Forbidden City. For more information, click on the poster below!
